Hey guys
I am hoping you all had a wonderful Mother's day weekend. Today I have something to share with you especially if you are a wine lover. My girlfriend Bisila Bokoko who is the director of the Spain-U.S Chamber of Commerce and also considered one of the ten most influential Spanish women in the American business world has recently joined the wine business. She is the face behind a new wine brand , Bisila Wines available now in Spain and will be available online and in the U.S markets soon. The wines are the result of merger of excellent grapes varietals, harvested and selected with calculated care and which convert these wines into coveted works of art that blend ethnic and contemporary characteristics.

For instance, Bisila red wine, which is a blend of Shiraz and Tempranillovarietals, is the result of a careful, thorough process. It has a shining, luminous appearance, intense red/purple in color with slight brown hues.A high, dark robe, satiny, dense and structured. With complex aromas of ripe black fruit (blackberries) upon serving, hints of vanilla when aired. Following swirling, prominent, persistent notes of cocoa (chocolate, coconut and smoke are detected). In the mouth, there is a concordance with the aroma as we perceive the flavors which were noticed earlier in the glass. A rounded, balanced wine that, in spite of its complexity, surprises us with its potential. Sweet, unctuous, ample and persistent, with elegant,well-polished and assembled tannins.

Chardonnay Bisila white wine is clean, luminous and crystal clear. Pale yellow with greenish hues and slightly intense golden tones. In the nose, the first impression is very pleasant and fruity, with a good intensity and aromatic openness. It releases the clean, fresh aromas of white flowers and of fruit such as bananas and mangos, as well astouches of citrus and ripe fruit. In the mouth, it is received with a balanced, rounded acidity, with a great sense of smoothness and volume.Highly persistent in the mouth, leaving a slight biera after taste and revealing its fruity character.

And Bisila Brut Nature is a clean, bright, straw colored cava with golden tones, good perlage, fine bubbles and great persistence forming a slight corona.Pleasant in the nose, with a predominance of ripe fruit and ageing aromas (yeast, nuts, buer). A smooth, pleasant and balanced entry in the mouth, noting smoothness and memories of nuts

By the way, don't you all love these lovely photos? I know for a fact she makes a fabulous model. Beautiful lady inside out. We love Bisila!
