Dsquared2 presented their Fall 2013 Mens collection titled " La Nouvelle Noir” with an all black model cast in Milan. With the mood being of 1940 jazz club, the models came down the runway wearing military inspired outfits, chunky cardigans, tailored coats and jackets, fitted vests, and denim ,mostly cuffed above the ankle. The collection was styled ( which I love) with bow ties, scarves, fedoras, black eye frames and leather handbags. Be Inspired!

Fabulous editorial of Model Flaviana Matata for L'Officiel Paris December 2010 issue along side model Natalia Chabanenko. With a little bit of sexiness, grace and attitude, she wears some of the fall 2010 looks from the likes of Versace, Bottega Veneta, Christian Dior, Moschino, and Dolce and Gabbana. It's fair to say this Tanzanian beauty has been working really hard lately. She recently worked with the photographer & videographer Nick Knight alongside other nine black models in a short film honoring the late Alexander Mcqueen. (Watch it here). I just can't stop looking at these images of model Flaviana Matata. She looks absolutely stunning. I wonder what was the inspiration behind this shoot. The images actually got me thinking about my modelling days when I did a shoot inspired by model Alek Wek. The images looked pretty much like these ones. Oh I remember those days.
